Cancellations and Late Arrivals
Cancellations or amendments can be made up to 72 hours before your booking begins, subject to a €15 fee plus any extra day charges already incurred. Bookings cancelled within 48 hours of the return date are non-refundable. Arriving more than 4 hours earlier or later than your scheduled drop-off time incurs a €15 charge, and each extra day beyond your booked dates is charged at €20 per day. Prefer more flexibility around your travel times? Our Premium Meet & Greet service allows up to 24 hours either way at no extra charge.

Terminal 1: Follow signs to Car Park A. Proceed to Level 2, where your driver will meet you.
Terminal 2: Follow signs to Terminal 2 Departures. Stop at the designated set-down area where your driver will be waiting.

Return Instructions
After collecting your luggage, or around 20 to 25 minutes before leaving the terminal, call our driver's team on +353 87 470 8075. Your driver will prepare your vehicle and direct you to the designated collection point for a quick and convenient handover.
