Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 20 August 2026

1. Introduction

By using this website or booking with us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them before you book. We mainly offer competitively priced parking, and these terms are written to help us keep it that way. If you have any questions about a service before booking, please ask us first. If any part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still stands. These terms are governed by Irish law and the Irish courts. We may update these terms from time to time, but the version that applies to your booking is the one live on the site when you book, so it's worth checking back before each new booking. For questions, contact us at valet@dublinvaletpark.com or +353 87 470 8075, Monday to Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

2. Services Offered

Our website lets you book meet and greet valet parking at Dublin Airport, across two tiers: Standard Meet & Greet and Premium Meet & Greet.

3. Pricing

Your price is made up of two parts: a one-time base fee covering terminal collection and return, and a daily rate for secure parking for each day your car stays with us. No hidden fees, what you see at checkout is what you pay.

4. Booking and Payment

Bookings must be made on this website with a valid card, and are confirmed once payment goes through and you receive a confirmation email, which you should bring with you when you travel. Please make sure your vehicle and contact details are correct when you book. Prices are in euro and include VAT unless we say otherwise. All bookings depend on availability and are non-transferable, and we may decline a booking. If we ever need to change or cancel a confirmed booking, we'll contact you as soon as we can, and give you a full refund if the new arrangement doesn't work for you. We don't cover missed flights or other costs if this happens, so please make sure you have your own travel insurance. If your card payment is declined, we can choose not to go ahead with the booking.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

To cancel or change a booking, email valet@dublinvaletpark.com with your booking reference and the name on the booking. We process these during office hours, Monday to Friday. Cutting your stay short doesn't reduce what you owe, since charging starts from your booked date and time, and no-shows are charged in full. Refunds go back to the card you paid with.

Standard Meet & Greet: you can cancel or amend up to 72 hours before your booking starts, for a €15 fee plus any extra days already used. Cancelling within 48 hours of your return date isn't refundable. Arriving more than 4 hours early or late costs an extra €15, and each extra day beyond what you booked is €20. Ending your booking early once it's started still costs €15.

Premium Meet & Greet: you can cancel any time right up to your booking start, for a €15 admin fee. You can amend any time for free. Arriving up to 24 hours early or late costs nothing extra.

6. Delays & No-Refund Policy

We track flights and do our best to have your car ready when you land, but delays can happen because of traffic, flight changes, weather, airport rules, or other things outside our control. We can't guarantee an exact return time, and we don't offer refunds for the inconvenience of a delay, since our time estimates are only a guide. We'll always try to keep you updated if there's a delay, and where it's genuinely down to us, we may offer a goodwill credit toward a future booking.

7. Liability and Risk

Your car is parked at your own risk, and we recommend keeping your own vehicle insurance up to date. We take reasonable care, but we don't cover things like minor scratches, dents, paint wear, or glass chips. If something does go wrong, please tell our staff before you leave the airport, ideally with photos, since we can't take claims once you've gone. Any claim is capped at the amount you paid for that booking. Please make sure your car is roadworthy, taxed, and that you take a spare key with you, keeping only the key you hand to our driver, along with clear starting instructions if needed.

8. Complaints Process

If something about the service wasn't right, email us at valet@dublinvaletpark.com with details and any supporting evidence, and we'll look into it. Please raise anything within 5 days of collecting your vehicle, as we can't take complaints after that.

9. Exterior Car Wash Service

This optional add-on covers a basic exterior wash, rinse, and dry, not the interior. It depends on weather and how busy we are, and we may need to reschedule it if conditions don't allow it. Please point out any fragile parts or existing damage before we wash your car, as we can't take responsibility for pre-existing issues that become more visible afterwards. Once the wash is done it's non-refundable, but if we can't carry it out, you'll get your money back within 15 business days. Please check your car when you collect it, as we can't accept concerns raised after you've left.

10. EV Charging Service

This optional add-on gives your car access to a charging point while it's with us, depending on availability and whether your vehicle is compatible. We can't guarantee a specific charge level when you collect your car, and we're not responsible for issues caused by your car's own battery or charging port. Once charging has started it's non-refundable, but if we can't provide the service, you'll be refunded within 15 business days. Please check your car when you collect it, as we can't accept concerns raised afterwards.

11. Unattended Vehicles and Overstay

If your car isn't collected on your booked return date, a €20 daily charge applies until you collect it. If it's left unclaimed for more than 30 days, we may need to remove and store it at your cost, and recover any fees owed to us. Before treating a car as abandoned, we'll try to contact the registered owner and give 28 days' written notice.

12. Third-Party Service Providers

Where we work with a third-party provider to deliver part of the service, they'll have their own terms too, which we can share if you ask. Once your booking is complete, we act as the go-between linking you with that provider. We aren't responsible for losses caused by a third party's own actions, only for our own negligence in handling your booking.

13. Errors, Inaccuracies and Omissions

Occasionally our site might have a typo or an outdated detail, for example around pricing or availability. We can correct these at any time, even after you've placed an order, and we're not obliged to keep every piece of information constantly updated beyond what the law requires.

14. Your Obligations

Please arrive at the time and place given in your confirmation email, follow the instructions given by our team, and don't leave hazardous or prohibited items in your vehicle.

15. Data Protection

We handle your personal data in line with GDPR. You can see what we collect and how it's used in our Privacy Policy.

16. Modifications

We may update these terms at any time, with changes posted on this page and taking effect immediately. Continuing to use the site or book with us after an update means you're accepting the new version.

17. Prohibited Uses

Please don't use this site for anything unlawful, to harass or discriminate against anyone, to submit false information, to spread viruses or malicious code, to scrape or crawl the site, or to try to bypass its security. We can end your access to the site if you do any of these things.

18. Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability

We provide this service as it is, and can't promise it will always run without interruption or error. To the extent Irish law allows, we're not liable for indirect or knock-on losses, like missed flights, lost earnings, or lost data, arising from your use of the site or our service.

19. Indemnification

If a third party makes a claim against us because you've broken these terms or the law, you agree to cover any reasonable costs, including legal fees, that come from that.

20. Severability

If any part of these terms is ever found unlawful or unenforceable, that part is removed and the rest continues to apply as normal.

21. Termination

These terms apply for as long as you use our site or services. You can stop using our services at any time. We can also end this agreement or restrict your access if we believe you've broken these terms, and you'll still be responsible for anything owed up to that point.

22. Entire Agreement

These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the whole agreement between you and us about using this site and our services, and they replace any earlier discussions or agreements on the same subject. Not enforcing a term on one occasion doesn't mean we give it up going forward.

23. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes arising from use of our service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.

24. Contact

For questions about these terms, an existing booking, or a complaint, contact us at valet@dublinvaletpark.com or call +353 87 470 8075, Monday to Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
