4. Cookies

• Analytics. Help us understand how visitors use the site, only set with your consent.
• Marketing. Used to show relevant offers and measure advertising performance, only set with your consent.

5. Who we share your data with

We share personal data with the following third parties, strictly for the purposes of providing our service:

• Stripe, Inc. For secure payment processing. Stripe is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and PCI-DSS compliant. Stripe's own privacy policy governs how they handle your payment data.
• Our hosting provider (AWS). To store booking data securely on servers.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

6. International data transfers

Some of our service providers, including Stripe, may process data outside the European Economic Area (EEA), such as in the United States. Where this happens, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent adequacy framework, to protect your data to EU standards.

7. How long we keep your data

We retain booking records for as long as necessary to fulfil our contractual and legal obligations, including tax and accounting requirements, typically up to 7 years. Data collected only via optional analytics or marketing cookies is retained for no longer than 12 months, or until you withdraw consent, whichever is sooner.
